Welcome to Garhwal Hospitality. By making a reservation through our website or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or transaction.
Guest Agreement
All bookings made through Garhwal Hospitality are subject to availability and acceptance of the terms outlined below. We request all guests to respect the property, policies, and other guests to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Guests are required to provide valid government-issued ID proof during check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or cancel bookings in the event of incorrect or fraudulent information provided during the reservation process.
Reservation & Payment Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method. In some cases, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
All payments must be completed as per the rate plan selected. Rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government norms.
Any promotional or discounted offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- Standard Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay or more, depending on the policy applied.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Guest Conduct & Property Usage
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully on the premises. Damage to property, loss of room keys, or any misconduct may lead to penalties or eviction without refund.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or playing loud music is restricted to designated areas only. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
- Children under 6 years can stay for free when using existing bedding.
- Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge and subject to availability.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed unless specifically mentioned under a pet-friendly booking category. Any violations may lead to penalties or cancellation of stay.
Limitation of Liability
Garhwal Hospitality will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

We reserve the right to modify our Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
